The Inner Work

This is not a program you fit yourself into. It is a process built around you.

Most healing spaces ask you to adapt to their framework. To follow the steps, complete the modules, trust the system.

This is different.

The Inner Work as "bespoke guidance" is deep, unhurried, 1:1 consultation work - shaped by who you are, what you're carrying, and what wants to grow. It draws from expressive arts, Jungian psychology, elemental and lunar frameworks, somatic awareness, and 19 years of lived recovery experience. Not all at once. Not by formula. By feel, by need, by what the moment calls for.

If you are navigating recovery, standing at a threshold, or hearing a call you can't quite name yet, this is the work.

What needs to be experienced?

What needs to be cleared, planted, and nourished inside so you can concentrate on your growth and live authentically?

You will discover the answers in this signature 1:1 container. It is slow work in the best sense - the kind that builds a life from the inside out rather than decorating the surface of one.

Using creative exploration, practical tools (emotional intelligence and nervous system regulation), and the elements (earth, air, fire, water, spirit) as a living framework, we move through your inner landscape the way a gardener moves through a neglected plot: with curiosity, with honesty, and without rushing the season.

Each 60-minute session integrates your whole self - the ground of your being, the seeds you want to plant, the nourishment you need, and the harvest you want to sustain. We work with art practices (drawing, painting, creative envisioning), writing prompts, brief meditation, boundary work, and your own vision. I bring the tools. You bring the truth of where you are.

Here, we work with:

  • Identifying what is limiting your growth - and why it made sense until now

  • Creating real space: letting go, slowing down, learning the art of doing nothing

  • Building relationships rooted in boundaries and honest communication

  • Discovering the arts of allowing, noticing, and presence

  • Attuning to rhythms of living that are actually yours

  • Finding community that genuinely supports you

  • Living with purpose and sovereignty

  • Developing daily creative habits that both energize and settle you

  • Connecting with your own sources of nourishment and joy

  • Embracing the unknown from a grounded place

  • Harvesting your own gifts - the ones you stopped counting

The Inner Work flexes to meet you. We begin with a conversation. From there, we build something that is yours.

If we let ourselves experience immersion, whatever we love over time becomes a garden. And if devoted to that garden, what we turn over year after year becomes our teacher. The mystery of deep living is that we become life itself.

If something here is calling to you, I'd love to talk.
