The Threshold Work

Soul-centered, one-on-one guidance for the woman standing at the edge of who she was — and who she is becoming.

There's a particular kind of tired that has

nothing to do with sleep.

Maybe you've done the work. Read the books.

Attended the circles. Sat in the rooms.

And still - something feels unfinished. Not fully alive.

You've tried, sincerely, for years, and still feel like you're circling the same mountain instead of climbing it. I don't think you need another technique. I think you need a different kind of container.

This is the threshold I work from.

What This Work Is

An Artful Recovery provides soul-centered practices rooted in 19 years of lived recovery experience, shamanic principles, expressive arts, and the quiet intelligence of the lunar cycle.

This isn't spiritual bypassing dressed up in nice language, and it isn't therapy pretending to be ritual. It's its own third thing - a space where the symbolic and the practical are allowed to work on you at the same time.

It exists for the woman standing at the edge of who she was and who she is becoming: Ready to cross that threshold with more than just "willpower."

the practice

The Sacred, Experimental Work

This is both the experimental, process-oriented side of the inner work and the sacred container that holds it. In concert with traditional arts, you will engage with deep inner work like:

The Art of Allowing

The Art of Letting Go

The Art of Noticing

These sacred practices have the potential to shift your life profoundly as they have mine.

Abstract Ink Swirls

Here, being human isn't a project to complete.

It's a practice to inhabit — and a life-long experience of co-creating.

This work won't hand you a finished self. It will teach you how to keep meeting the self who keeps arriving.

Is This You?

Who This Work Is For

  • Women who've done real work already - therapy, twelve-step, retreats - and still feel something unresolved underneath it

  • Women in a life transition without a name yet: a role ending, an identity shifting, a becoming with no map

  • Women drawn to ritual, art, and myth as tools for change - not just talk

Blue And White Leaves

If something here is calling to you, I'd love to talk.

No pressure, no pitch. Just a conversation

about where you are and whether this is the

right container for what's next.
